The Importance of Happiness

We say Happy New Year and yet our happiness is conditional according to things that happen in our life. Why does this happen? Luis Cordoba recently explained at a Business Swap Breakfast that “It all starts from birth when we react to the baby’s smiles and tears and the baby learnt to cry for food and attention”.

Then Intention, Determination, Commitment, and Purpose all appear in the grocery store because when you get what you want and feel good and when you don’t get what you want you want to cry. Luis went on to explain that through this process “we become a VICTIM of our environment, creating doubts and fears about achieving what we really want”.

We then shape our conversation around our life either in a negative OR positive fashion. You have the ability to do either because every cell in your body has a positive and negative iron. It’s called RESPONSIBILITY as to which one you ignite.

“Whenever we are NOT HAPPY we are NOT PRESENT or being REAL with ourselves”, so which part of the cells are you igniting?

Master Practitioner of NLP teaches us that we have Neuro Transmitters and that every cell of our body is instantly connected. So, if you are SAD you are SAD all over AND if you are HAPPY you are HAPPY all over. The mind affects the body and the body affects the mind. The Heart Thinks and the Cells THINK.

In NLP we use language to flush out our own and others issues. It is our language from our environment that hold our language together.

  • Eg I am unhappy  I =unhappy   I=my whole identity= unhappy

I am depressed     I = depressed  I=my whole identity = depressed

When are you not happy? When do you not do depressed?

This may mean that the person has a great deal of resistance to releasing the depression because they are scared to lose the “I”.

I do not = my emotion.  I have an emotion.

HAPPY DAY
