With a continuous thirst for knowledge about the human body and the way it functions, Lynda has gained a wealth of information in this area and is eager to share so others can be empowered to wellness.

Lynda was responsible for setting up and implementing the award winning Wellness Centre in one of Australia's largest teaching hospitals. She was also responsible for introducing Natural Health Programs to this centre. She lectured in 16 subjects in TAFE and Universities in Health, Recreation and Sports Coaching and was a Trainer of Trainers for the Fitness Industry.

With her formal wellness qualifications aside, Lynda's own battle with and victory over the debilitating auto-immune disease of Lupus is testimony to her commitment. She inspires many through her one on one consultation and lectures nationally and internationally. Her story in both health and mind power is inspirational and empowering.

She was asked to team up with Dr Shan Visvalingham who was a member of the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and The Australian College of Natural and Environmental Medicine.

This was a goal of Lynda's to bring the two hands of medicine together. Together they produced two educational DVDs and CDs. Their combined knowledge, presented in a "down to earth", informative and humorous fashion will enthral you.
